Shaping rasp disc features various density of cutting teeth which remove material in a quick and controllable manner. Every rasp disc is precision manufactured in Europe from high carbon steel, vacuum tempered for strength and then surface treated with special coating for added durability and corrosion protection.

These discs do not dust like Saburrtooth discs. You will get tiny wooden pieces flying around and it works well for carving fresh / green wood. They are great for carving convex surfaces and will last much longer than sandpaper discs or flap sanding discs.
