Ideal for starting "Natural edge" bowls and for all across the grain works, where a conventional attachment can not be used.

The advantage of this system is its strenghs and accuracy. Furthermore, the pressure exerted is just in the heart of the workpiece and not on the outer edge, thus avoiding the cracking of the workpiece.

Use: make a hole in your piece of wood by using a Ø 25 mm bit; the hole must be deep enough (min 40 max 60 mm). Insert the rod into the workpiece and rotate, so that it will automatically stop.
